SAP Certification Testing
The SAP Certification program validates the knowledge and skills of customers, SAP internal consultants, and partners and independent consultants. Certification ensures SAP customers are served by professionals with the proper credentials to perform the functions they are assigned.
As of April 30, 2010, there are new SAP Business Objects exams available. These exams have been updated to be better aligned with the SAP certification program. The existing Business Objects exams have been retired and replaced by the following four exams, all of which lead to a full SAP Business Objects Associate certification.
- C_BOCR_08: SAP Certified Application Associate - Crystal Reports 2008
- C_BOE_30: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.x
- C_BOWI_30: SAP Certified Application Associate - BusinessObjects Web Intelligence XI 3.x
- C_BODI_20: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BusinessObjects Data Integrator XI R2

Exam Registration & Scheduling Information
Registration for SAP certification exams taken at Pearson VUE is a simple 3-step process:
- See information below for details on obtaining your SAP User-ID.
- Create your Pearson VUE web account (SAP user id from step 1 will be required)
- Register for the exam
All exams require the use of the SAP user id for proper tracking in the SAP Certification System.
CUSTOMERS / PARTNERS / INDEPENDENT CONSULTANTS:
- If you have previously taken an SAP exam or attended SAP training, go directly to step b, otherwise, customers and partners should access visit the Service Marketplace to register for your S-user number. Independent consultants, as well as Customers and partners having questions or problems regarding this step, should use the following contacts:

- For Japan: training.japan@sap.com or tel: +81 3 3273 7070 (9:00-17:00 in Japan local time)
- For all other countries please navigate to the appropriate country on sap.com/services/education and contact your local Education Department.
- Create your Pearson VUE web account. Your S-user number from step a will be required on the third screen. Questions or problems regarding this step should be addressed to Pearson VUE Customer Service.
- Continue through the exam registration process. Questions or problems regarding this step should be addressed to Pearson VUE Customer Service.
SAP INTERNAL CONSULTANTS:
- As long as you have your I or D or C number, go directly to step b. Questions or problems regarding this step should be addressed to SAP Education at 1-888-777-1727.
- Create your Pearson VUE web account. Your I-user number from step a will be required. Questions or problems regarding this step should be addressed to Pearson VUE Customer Service.
- Continue through the exam registration process. Questions or problems regarding this step should be addressed to Pearson VUE Customer Service.
PLEASE NOTE
You will be required to accept SAP’s Non-Disclosure Agreement and Privacy Policy on screen at the test centre before starting your exam. If you choose not to accept the terms and conditions of SAP’s NDA and Privacy Policy, you will not be allowed to take the exam and forfeit the exam fee.

Retake Policy
Each candidate is permitted three attempts to successfully pass an exam. If the exam is not passed within three attempts, the exam may not be retaken until the next major release of the exam.
